We are dedicated to providing services for people who are disadvantaged through disability, through birth, accident, illness, stroke, mental health, early dementia or lifestyle. Based in both Bury St. Edmunds and Haverhill we cater for people who live in and about the surrounding areas. There is no upper age limit for members and our service is available for individuals to use from a half day to five days a week!

We provide opportunities to try Woodworking, Wood turning, IT Skills, Arts and Craft Skills, Horticulture, and because there will be a few people around you there is socialising in our relaxed but busy informal atmosphere.

We pride ourselves on providing a service that is both stimulating and enjoyable, with the added value of security with our experienced staff, carers and volunteers helping you to work at your own pace, making things which are available to others to buy or just for you! We tailor ourselves to fit what you want and have an enjoyable day to boot!

We are happy to accept referrals from any professional body, our fees can be met by direct payments , direct via social care, charitable funding or private payments. All we ask is that you join us because you want to!
